Oquirrh West Property

The Oquirrh West project consists of 138 panoramic acres sitting on West Jordan's west bench. It lies west of the Bacchus Highway (U-111) and north of 7800 South. The mile-high property peaks at 5,224 feet above sea level and provides tremendous views of the Salt Lake Valley.

Last December, West Jordan City rezoned the property consistent with its West Side Area Plan. The property consists of 15.0 acres of commercial property, 15.9 acres of Mixed Use property, 39.1 acres of multifamily property and 68.0 acres of property that is zoned single family.
